We at Andbox are excited to amplify NYC gaming across various titles with the ambitions of our family: Mike LaBelle, CDNThe3rd, Pine, and Brian Alcazar. All lovers of video games, all creatives, all endlessly entertaining, and all having ties to the tri-state area, take a chance to get to know each of our content creators. They will not only be helping us branch off into the games they specialized in, they will be contributing to our apparel launch efforts, our content with our teams NYXL and NYSL, and helping spread the love for gaming and the greatness that exists in NYC’s gaming culture.

Brian Alcazar

Brian Alcazar

As New York as a New Yorker gets, Brian Alcazar joins Andbox as our official artist-in-residence. Better known as “1st,” Brian brings a keen artistic eye to Andbox and will be crucial in leading our more ambitious creative efforts. Born and raised in Queens, Brian’s love for video games goes way back to his brother taking him to play in the Nintendo World Championships as a kid. He made his love for video games into a career as a game developer for Rockstar Games, having a hand in “Grand Theft Auto V,” one of the best-selling games of all time, and continues to work for the famous game publisher throughout many of their top projects. Brian seeks to tell the authentic New York story through his photography, and we’re excited to empower him to keep doing that.

CDNThe3rd

CDNThe3rd

CDNThe3rd is one of Twitch’s true OG variety streamers—branching off into creating content across various games before it was cool. CDNThe3rd has built an extremely loyal following, aka “The Viewage,” over years of hard work, insane frag plays, hilarious outbursts, and spitting absolutely fire bars. Ceez currently ranks #39 in the top 50 most followed Twitch streamers with the second-most Tier 3 Subscribers on the platform. This is all due to CDNThe3rd’s magnetic energy and to the fact that he gives back to The Viewage any way he can, which is why CDNThe3rd’s first order of business with us was organizing a $5,000 VALORANT Vibrational tournament for his subscribers. As we look to expand our reach and amplify NYC gaming, we share CDNThe3rd’s passion for all games and look forward to advancing in our journey as an org alongside CDNThe3rd has he conquers title after title.

Mike LaBelle

Mike LaBelle

Mike LaBelle is a top FIFA competitor-turned-content-creator who went from winning National Tournaments to being one of FIFA’s most prominent personalities. Also sponsored by the New York Red Bulls, Mike is frequently called upon by EA to cast events, promote FIFA Ultimate Team announcements and generate excitement around the popular video game franchise. Currently, Mike has amassed over 284,000 subscribers and 37 million views across all of his videos on YouTube, as well as 72,000 followers on Twitch. Most importantly, Mike is a New York-based gamer who shares as much pride in elevating the tri-state area FIFA scene as he does in the game itself. We’re also extremely excited to launch a new series with Mike called “Closing ‘Belle,” a FIFA Ultimate team financial show featuring prominent figures in the FIFA community geared toward helping FIFA-lovers succeed in FIFA Ultimate team. You can catch it on YouTube at Youtube.com/andbox.

Pine

Pine

Do-hyeon “Pine” Kim is a hitscan master, aim god, and Overwatch League legend who was formerly a member of NYXL. But once a member of the family, always a member of the family. A 2x Overwatch League All-Star and 3x Overwatch League Stage Champion in the Inaugural Season, Pine has pivoted to full-time content creator, taking on titles outside of Overwatch like Call of Duty and VALORANT. Known for his masterful McCree and Widowmaker play, Pine’s amazing mechanics are transferable to virtually any other FPS, allowing him to quickly become a natural at any aim-based shooter he plays. That’s right, Pine retired from Overwatch League and became a savant at VALORANT before it was the thing to do. Additionally, Pine brought the hype at our NYXL Homestand, leading the team out for walkouts and waving the banner to get the Hammerstein Ballroom ahead of our first match. It wouldn’t be a party without the Big Boss, and Andbox wouldn’t be the same without Pine.
