Since founding, Andbox has pushed the boundaries of fashion in gaming, regularly releasing premium apparel lines for its teams and talent, and launching collaborations with brands like Nike and Undefeated.
The Apparel Product Line Manager reports to the Head of Consumer Products and will be responsible for managing the development process for Andbox’s consumer product lines, including collections for Andbox’s teams, player, content creators and brand partners. He/she will develop and maintain a project schedule, proactively communicate the status of the project to all stakeholders, and coordinate deliverables from both internal and external stakeholders to ensure each project step is completed.
More specifically, this role will be responsible for:
Product Briefing/Consumer Insights: Identify consumer trends and routinely present them to designers.
Vendor Management -- Manage process for contracting, paying and securing design deliverables from graphic and technical designers, and facilitate communication with the company’s production partners (e.g., factories, warehouses, screen printers). Have a strong understanding of apparel product development.
Process Management -- Build a product development calendar for every project, ensure it is up to date on a daily basis, and ensure completion of all project milestones on schedule and within budget. This requires securing deliverables from internal and external stakeholders.
Tracking -- Maintain an always current view of each project on Asana, including budgets, milestones (e.g., project briefing, design reviews, production, photography, warehousing, retail launch, performance reporting).
Interdepartmental Collaboration -- Ensure content, marketing and sponsorship objectives and insights are reflected in the project plan, including initial goal setting, budgets, concepting/design, and development timeline.
Communication/Reporting -- Provide regular communication to internal and external stakeholders regarding each project, including material status updates (e.g., milestones completed or overdue), potential changes to project scope (e.g., goals, budget), and performance metrics.
Customer Feedback -- Manage a process for gathering product and experience feedback from customers, and use insights to drive improvement.

We’re looking for a Head of Events to join our leadership team to develop and execute innovative consumer experiences/activations/events that drive awareness, engagement and revenue for Andbox and our brand partners. This role requires expert collaboration skills as you will partner with teams across the organization to meet event needs and achieve company and partner KPIs. You are a creative, highly organized problem solver and have experience in event marketing for both large scale events and smaller VIP activations in person and virtually. Most of all, you thrive in a fast-moving, fluid environment and are passionate about gaming culture.
Develop, plan and execute live and virtual events and offline experiences across Andbox’s portfolio of brands including but not limited to: strategy, scope, budget, business operations, vendor sourcing/management, staff, ticketing, talent management, on-site attendee experience and logistics
Responsible for coordination of creative, comms planning and sponsor obligations in partnership with marketing, content and sponsorship stakeholders.
Work closely with partnerships team to create and package sponsorable events and activation opportunities
Act as day-to-day point of contact for all third party event and production agencies and contractors
Act as the business lead to interface with finance to ensure all events and activations meet financial goals set by the company
Own postmortem ROI evaluation and event follow ups including reporting event/programming performance via first party surveys, generating recaps and providing insights for optimizations
Maintain a strong understanding of relevant trends in gaming, events, social and technology that will keep our programming ahead of the competition and extend the footprint of our events via technology, innovation and content.
Mastery of key software/event marketing tools such as Google slides, Google sheets, Airtable, Splash, required to build, deliver, and manage successful experiences and campaigns
Proven track record of creating impactful experiences that garner press, increase brand awareness, foster community engagement and drive revenue
8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production and/or brand activations for both virtual and in-person events
Strong project management skills; ability to effectively manage multiple projects/shifting priorities, on time and within budget
Comfortable driving strategy with senior leaders while functioning as an individual contributor and executing the day-to-day
Extensive experience with outside agencies, freelancers and vendors
Ability to partner and communicate effectively on cross-functional projects/teams including content, consumer products, partnerships, finance and audience development
A passion for gaming and esports
Working knowledge of existing and emerging trends in live streaming, fashion, music, entertainment, arts, sports and pop culture
Experience in a high-growth start up
