Best Loadouts in Call of Duty Warzone

If you play Call of Duty Warzone, you know the key to victory is getting your custom loadout as early as possible. The stock weapons spread across the map don’t hold a candle to what you can put together in the Gunsmith.

But just getting your custom loadout isn’t enough of an advantage now that the whole player base is up to speed on this tactic. So in order to gain that edge, you need to make sure you are using the best possible weapons in the best possible situations. That’s why we tapped our very own Accuracy, Main AR for the New York Subliners, to give you the scoop on the best custom primary weapons in Warzone.

Best Loadouts in Call of Duty Warzone

Loadout #1: M4

Loadout #1: M4
  • Monolithic Suppressor
  • Stock M16 Grenadier
  • Commando Foregrip
  • 60-Round Mags
  • No Stock

The monolithic suppressor, combined with the M16 Grenadier and Commando Foregrip gives you amazing recoil controller and keeps you off the radar. The 60-round mags is a must for eliminating more than one opponent without the hassle of reloading. Lastly, the No Stock keeps your ADS speed fast and allows you to get the first shot in 1v1 battles.

Loadout #2: Grau

Loadout #2: Grau
  • Monolithic Suppressor
  • Tempus 26.4″ Archangel
  • Commando Foregrip
  • 60-Round Mags
  • No Stock

The Grau is a steadier, long-range version of the M4 that hits for a little less, but makes up for its shortcomings in range. It’s arguably the best assault rifle in the game right now—in Call of Duty League’s Warzone Weekend, every pro player was using it. While the jury is still out on M4 vs Grau, if you are keeping your fights to longer distances, you’ll win every battle.

Loadout #3: MP7

Loadout #3: MP7
  • Monolithic Suppressor
  • FSS Recon
  • Merc Foregrip
  • 60-Round Mags
  • No Stock

This submachine gun rivals the MP5 much like the Grau does the M4: Its strength is range and mobility over close-range damage. Up-close fights when you are clearing out a building are the MP7’s bread and butter, and as you are probably starting to notice, the monolithic suppressor and big mag are a must. And the Merc Foregrip makes it a beast from the hip—it’s GAed from pro play a reason.

Loadout #4: M13

Loadout #4: M13
  • Monolithic Suppressor
  • Tempus Marksman
  • Commando Foregrip
  • 60-Round Mags
  • No Stock

There are two good reasons why you’d want to use the M13: to change up the vibe a bit, but most importantly, because the Grau looks like it’s on a crash course to being nerfed. If that’s the case, the M13 could very well be the next leading long-range weapon in Warzone. With a similar build to the Grau for all the same reasons, the M13 provides a half-step option between the M4 and the Grau—definitely worth mastering.

Loadout #5: AX-50

Loadout #5: AX-50
  • Monolithic Suppressor
  • 32.0″ Factory Barrel
  • Thermal Dual Power Scope
  • Singuard Arms Assassin
  • Stippled Grip Tape

Whether you’re packing a sniper with the Overkill perk or picking up a sniper Loadout to pair with a gold stock weapon, the AX-50 should be your go-to sniper. Monolithic Suppressor will keep your position hidden, while the Factory Barrel packs a punch for one-shot kills. The Thermal Dual Power Scope will help you spot players across the map. We don’t care that some people think the thermal is cheap—it’s an advantage, so you have to take it.
